Agreement
These Terms govern your access to Wrangler OS, operated by Grid Theory (wrangleros.com). By creating an account or accessing the service, you agree to these Terms.
This is a plain-language summary and does not replace a full legal review. Email legal@wrangleros.com if you need our standard Master Service Agreement or DPA.
Your account
You are responsible for the activity on your account, including anything done by team members you invite. Keep your credentials confidential. Notify us at legal@wrangleros.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Upload leads you do not have lawful consent to contact under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the Florida Telephone Solicitation Act, or other applicable laws in the jurisdictions where you operate
- Use Wrangler to harass, defraud, or violate any law
- Attempt to access another organization’s data, reverse- engineer the platform, or interfere with its operation
- Resell, sublicense, or white-label Wrangler without a written partnership agreement
- Upload malware, illegal content, or content that infringes third-party rights
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice depending on severity.
Payment + billing
Wrangler is billed monthly per seat. Prices are listed on the Pricing page. Charges are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days’ notice; you can cancel anytime before a change takes effect.
Your data, your ownership
Anything you put into Wrangler — leads, notes, recordings, messages — belongs to you. We hold a limited license to process it solely to operate the service. We do not sell it or use it to train third-party models.
On termination, you can export everything as CSV. After 30 days of inactivity following cancellation, we permanently delete your data.
Our IP
The Wrangler platform, brand, and software belong to Grid Theory. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service while your account is in good standing. Don’t copy the codebase, scrape the UI, or reuse the brand identity outside of normal product use.
Service availability
We target 99.9% monthly uptime but do not promise it contractually unless you have signed a separate SLA. We will announce planned maintenance windows in advance.
Warranties + disclaimers
Wrangler is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You are responsible for your own compliance with insurance regulations, TCPA, and any other legal regime applicable to your business.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost data.
Indemnification
You will defend and indemnify Grid Theory against any third- party claim arising out of your use of Wrangler, including claims that your lead list violated TCPA or any other consumer- contact regulation.
Termination
You can cancel anytime from Settings. We may terminate the agreement on 30 days’ notice for any reason, or immediately for cause (a violation of these Terms).
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will email account owners at least 30 days before any material change. The current version always lives at this URL.
